Here i explain easily. You need to download the wordpress farmaework and a php server. So if you can host a blog you can first check that's server is supported for wordpress. Now I explain it in your pc. Firstly you need php , apche , mysql and worrdpress. For php , mysql ,apache you can use Xamp or easyphp. I use easyphp..
Run your easyphp. Check your mysql and php server is running. If ok now start. Download the freamwork from wordpress. After download the file extract and copy to your localhost folder.In easyphp you can find www folder in easyphp installation directory. Here i can not explaind this expandly.
Now lets start.
Open your browser type localhost in your url and enter
After you can see the file list, you can also the folder of wordpress, click on it.
You can now see this page
Click Create a configuration file
Click on the Let;s Go. You will see this page. Now fillup your form
Database name : database name in your server (if any database is not created , you now create a database in your easyphp)
username : Your installed mysql username (in easyphp)
password : Your installed mysql password (in easyphp)
database host : localhost
table prefix : wp_ (optional - no need to change)
Click on Run the install
Enter your site info and details what you like to want . You can put your password what you want and a email address
Click on the install wordpress . then a page will appear like this( see belos screenshot ).
Click on login
Your login screen appear. Now you can login.
Enter username and password which you wrote in step 7.
After suucessful login you can see the your dashboard. Now can edit and customize your blog.
Now want to see your blog.
You can see your webpage, so you click on the title of the dashboard. Or go to your directory. Run the wordpress framework, Then your webpage will shown.
